Purpose of processing of personal data Your personal data that you provide to us within the contact form or subsequent communication will be processed for the purpose of addressing your request by email or telephone and archiving the communication. If you express interest in receiving advertising and marketing information, your personal data will be processed to the extent indicated for the purpose of providing advertising and marketing information about the Operator’s projects (e.g. in the form of a “newsletter”), related persons and its contractual partners and the services provided by them via e-mail.

The Controller is entitled to provide and/or disclose the processed personal data to third parties to whom it is necessary to provide personal data in connection with the processing of a request made by e-mail or telephone, including persons who participate with the Controller in the implementation of the Controller’s projects and persons related to the Controller, and in the case of processing personal data for advertising and marketing purposes, the Controller is entitled to provide them to related persons and contractual partners of the Controller for the purpose of providing advertising and marketing information about their projects and services offered. The controller hereby notifies you that as a data subject you have rights in relation to the processing of personal data arising from Art. § 28 et seq. Act. Under the law, the data subject has, among other things, the right to information about the processing of personal data by the Data Controller, the right to request the correction or destruction of incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data, the right to request information about the source from which the personal data were obtained for processing and the right to block personal data after withdrawal of consent. These rights can be exercised by e-mail at the above e-mail address or in writing at the address of the Operator’s registered office.
